• Accompanied Viewings.
• Liaising with you and prospective Tenants and managing any negotiations.
• Checking References of Prospective Tenants.
• Drawing up Tenancy Agreements
• Arranging Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Certificates.
• Placing the Deposit / Bond in a secure Tenancy Deposit Scheme, if you want us to.

Current charges are :

• £125.00 – Tenant Finder’s Fee – if you ask us to market your property for a Tenant
• 10% on Payments received / collected for Landlords (Larger Portfolios % by negotiation)
